Abstract :
It is very important to find an accurate expression for naval mine-sweeping probability because the expression can directly describe the performance evaluation of naval mine-sweeping. However, to present the expression will encounter many problems such as circumstance of the mine field, the tactical purpose of the minelayer, the plan for mine sweeping and the operation mode of the mine sweeper. In order to find the reasonable expression for naval mine-sweeping probability, we discard the subordinate factors which affect the mine-sweeping, and set up a mathematical model to describe a mine sweeping process based on random process theory and Markov process. The formulae for calculating mine-sweeping probability, target survival probability and time needed for implementing the task are shown in this paper. Finally, the emulation is carried out to demonstrate the computing process of the effectiveness indexes with relative analysis, and the results prove its practicability in mine-sweeping fight.
