Abstract
We analyze an interesting queuing system arising from the operation of a fast Chinese food restaurant. Such system allows customers to jump a queue to be served in batches. We use NS-2 simulation to evaluate its performance in terms of throughput, delay and loss rate. We also discuss its application in real network environment
