Abstract
Self-employed People are firms in style but are individuals in features while measuring their credit, it is more reasonable to judge their credit status using credit scoring system than credit rating method. Choosing the self-employed people registered in Changsha as a sample, a credit scoring system is developed and tested. The test results using both the training sample and testing sample show satisfactory precision of the prediction. A credit scoring card is developed based on the model coefficients, it can be conveniently used in practice, and be used as guidance of supervision and administration as well.
