Abstract
Large series arrays of Josephson junctions in SNS ramp-type configuration have been realized with contact areas below 0.4 /spl mu/m/sup 2/. The arrays showed excellent current-voltage characteristics with small parameter spread. For the application in programmable voltage standards, special microwave circuits have been developed containing up to 40000 junctions.
