Abstract :
It is important to study the environment technology application strategy of the housing industry which will give a comprehensive consideration between the social benefit and the economic benefit, between the long-term benefit and the short-term benefit. How to allocate the limited resources between the rapid demands of more acceptable cost and sales prices residence available and the demands of environment protection application is crucial. According to the character of this strategy problem which can be researched as the optimal control of the dynamic system, an Lagrange´s function and the Euler equation can be constructed to extract the solution of the differential equation correspond with this strategy problem by using the calculus of variations method. And this research method can also improve the decision quality of the strategy application.
