  • Abstract
    Time reversal methods are particularly useful for imaging of targets. There are three main schemes to fulfill the time-reversal imaging: iterative time reversal mirror (ITRM), time reversal operator decomposition (DORT), and time reversal multiple signal classification (TR-MUSIC). In this paper, imaging methodology of the DORT and TR-MUSIC is outlined, and then numerical simulations for one ideal point-like target and two close targets are conducted. Results show that the TR-MUSIC scheme outperforms the DORT approach, especially in situations that well-resolvedness criterion is not met.
