Abstract :
On the basis of literature analysis and open questionnaires and interview, the theoretical model of undergraduate´s learning ability was ascertained. 1215 undergraduates were tested. The questionnaire of undergraduate´s learning ability was developed by item analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. 50 items of questionnaires have been reserved, including four factors, i.e., analytic capacity and productive capacity, knowledge capacity and transfer capacity, executive capacity, and enhancement capacity. The questionnaire was proved to be of good reliability and validity so it is suitable for testing the characteristics of learning ability.
