Abstract :
The paper discusses an integrated approach for optimal generation of in vivo tissue sodium concentration (TSC) maps using MR. It is demonstrated, with numerical simulations as well as experimental data, that the proposed approach generates TSC maps which exhibit less partial voluming effects and provide more accurate in vivo TSC estimates than those obtained by conventional means
