Abstract
The problem is to determine parameter values of linear lumped element circuit model of microwave devices. An overdetermined set of linear equations for nominator and denominator coefficients of entries of the admittance matrix of the circuit model is built up and the least squares error solution is found. Advantages of our method are its speed and accuracy.
