Abstract
The studies of layered organic-inorganic hybrids materials are very interesting due to their unique electronic structure, electrical and optical properties. The optical properties of layered organic-inorganic perovskite properties such as Photoluminescence (PL) spectra can be change with temperatures. In this study the Photoluminescence properties characterize at various temperature ranging from 12K to 285K. At lower temperatures than 140K, the PL spectra of (CH3NH3)2PbBr4 show two overlapped lines (peaks). The temperature dependences of these two PL lines are discussed by using the exciton phonon coupling and polaron model.
