Abstract
In this paper, the design and the results of a parallel feedback active integrated antenna array which incorporates a patch antenna in the feedback loop is demonstrated. The injection locking mechanism, which shifts the phase, needs an adequate circuit pattern which is realized by the oscillator feedback loop coupled through two slot apertures in the patch. The beam steering was confirmed with a 2 element array in which the injection lock was performed by an external locking signal introduced into the microstrip coupled line. It was observed a 35 degree beam variation within the injection locking range of 31MHz.
