Abstract :
For the characteristics of the coal enterprises and the status quo of its supply management, with the idea of supply chain management, the main problems of the coal enterprise supply logistics system are analyzed, the logistics resources of coal enterprises are integrated, the supply logistics system of the whole enterprise is optimized, the supply logistics activities are rational organized, so that the logistics efficiency is improved and the logistics cost is reduced. Thereby the economic efficiency of coal enterprises is improved.
