Risk Identification Based on OEM Supply Chain

As revealed in literature, the current supply chain risk management focuses usually on "outsourcing" or "foundry" in developed countries, and little care about the foundry and its activities is given to developing countries. Also at present there is little attention paid to Chinese OEM business. A questionnaire survey was carried out to identify the risk factors in the OEM business. This would provide a platform for the development of a supply chain risk management model, which may help the OEM companies in China to control risks in global supply chain.
