Abstract :
A simulation tool has been conceived which combines in an object-oriented environment a frequency-domain simulation engine and different frequency-domain non-linear modelling approaches. We present the procedure and discuss the practical limitations of a novel non-linear modelling technique that extracts the device´s state-functions directly from vectorial large-signal measurements.
