Abstract :
In this paper, it was realized that an earthquake emergency rescue auxiliary system supporting the cooperative rescue. Incorporating the technologies of GIS, satellite navigation and GSM, the system has the functions of positioning, navigation, map data management and operation, information inquiry, plotting, sending and receiving the rescue information, the rescue demands, and the information of the barrier and secondary disaster etc. Among them, the function of sending rescue information which realizes the communication by two ways, and one is the communication based on Beidou satellite and another is GSM instance message, improves the reliability and adaptability of the whole system. Through sending and receiving the rescue information among the users, it realizes the real-time sharing of the rescue information and the cooperative rescue, which provides the strong technology supports for improving the earthquake emergency rescue efficiency.
