Knowledge innovation management is the core of enterprise´s knowledge management, and it plays an important role in promoting enterprise´s knowledge innovation and improving the level of enterprise´s knowledge management. First, the paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of enterprise´s knowledge innovation ability; second, by the use of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and grey correlation theory, the paper puts forward a grey correlation comprehensive evaluation model; third, with an example, the paper calculates the knowledge innovation ability of the enterprise by using this model. This study helps the enterprise to know the status of its knowledge innovation ability and make its knowledge innovation strategies.
