Abstract :
With quick development and use of microelectronic technique in modern industry, EMC problems of equipments become more and more complex. In order to satisfy quick testing requirement, the paper presents an architecture for remote EMC testing system. The system integrates virtual instrument and network technique for real-time data acquisition, transmission and instrument control. Its distributed structure, providing testing data for different experts far from equipment under test, is undoubtedly beneficial for solving EMC problems in time.
