Abstract
We propose the algorithms and develop a system, FA Manager (frequency assignment (FA) management system), for diagnosing the real-time performance of a CDMA reverse link, traffic estimation, and predicting an outage probability by measuring the received interference and noise level. According to our field test results in an urban area, the estimated traffic has shown the error range of 3-5 mobiles. Further details are under investigation for the call admission control
