Abstract :
The Lumped Element Finite Difference Time Domain (LE-FDTD) method is used to analyse a novel structure based on crossed dipoles for quasi-optical frequency multipliers. It uses four diodes in a balanced configuration to reduce the coupling between the two branches of the dipole cross. Also, the neccessary DC path is included in a simple way within the structure.
