Abstract
Enterprises cluster is posing great competence as well as facing much risk. By subdividing the type of cluster, networked small and medium-sized enterprises cluster is chosen as target; by analyzing the primary sources of risk, an index system for evaluating the risk is built up; and on the basis of gray-fuzzy theory, the synthetic risk evaluating model is given in this paper. An actual application indicates that this model is valid and feasible.
