Abstract
The advent of knowledge economy and recent boom in knowledge management practices has created the conditions for a wide range of publishing enterprises to take full advantage of knowledge resources to enhance their own competing abilities and decision response efficiency in the e-commerce. The infusion between e-commerce and knowledge management in publishing enterprises can result in the formation of knowledge commerce. But how to realize its practices depends on the construction of one kind of system platform integrating e-commerce with knowledge management by means of some radical technologies, say, Web mining and ontology-based knowledge portal technologies can play an important role in the detection and refinement of clients´ information, staffs´ knowledge and integration of knowledge flows in e-commerce practices.
