Abstract
Interests in millimeter-wave (mm-wave) circuits are rapidly growing, partly promoted by semiconductor technology advancements and design environment improvements. However, lots of unknowns and challenges are still around for efficient development of mm-wave circuits. In this paper, some of these issues are addressed in terms of the technology comparison and design challenge analysis.
