Abstract :
The paper introduces the method of multi-objects fuzzy comprehension evaluation briefly, and applies it to select location of coal-fired plants construction project. Multi-objective fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in plant site application has strong reliability, especially in the target weights of subjectivity in the analytic hierarchy process to reduce the options, through comparison choose optimal, the most reasonable scheme. The paper establishes the system of index and uses the method of comprehension evaluation to compare the schemes, and selects the most economic and the most rational scheme. With the establishment of the location selecting of coal-fired plant and the evaluation, aimed to provide a new multi- objects decision to the deeper research about location selecting.
