Abstract :
Universities are the most- important places to raise talents. It is the key whether the quality of the teacher troop is high or low. And if the teachers´ introduction can be striated with, the quality of the teacher troop can be raised. In this essay the evaluating indicator system of the introduction teachers´ qualities has been established, and the teachers´ introduction has been analyzed quantitatively on Fuzzy Synthesis Judgment.
