Abstract
Recently there has been an increasing interest in Cooperative Diversity (CD), which can achieve dramatic diversity gain by forming a virtual antenna array among single antenna terminals distributed in the network. Many different diversity schemes have been adopted and proposed in order to enhance the diversity gain. Several researchers have adopted Amplifying and Forward (AF) scheme to minimize the fading effect some research suggests to implement Decode and Forward (DF) to have an efficient bandwidth utilization. In this work we have compiled highlighted issues in CD and proposed solutions in order to overcome the issues. We are also highlighting the issues that have not been considered yet.
