Evaluation system for the government´s role of regional independent innovation system

Participating in regional independent innovation is an important government action in today´s world. This paper researched the government´s role of regional independent innovation system with the factor analysis method, and made an empirical research on Anhui as an example by comparing with the other ten provinces and cities synchronously. Attributed eighteen evaluation indicator variables into four main factors and determined these actual meanings. Through empirical conclusions, the article found the existing problems of the government´s role of regional independent innovation system in Anhui and gave related countermeasures.
