Abstract :
The From 1964 to the present, after 45 years of growth, Industrialization development of Shengli Oilfield Company of SINOPEC have come through a great change from ¿oil drilling¿ to ¿development¿, from ¿development¿ to ¿system development¿. Now it enters a new stage where three basic factors of economy, resources and management are cooperated to lead decision-making of oilfield. And previous decision-making mode of oilfield development and virtuous circle show its limitations in solving present problem of oilfield development, so it is necessary to make innovations in decision-making mode of oilfield. We adopt system analysis method to analyze and study the performances of three basic influence decision factors of reserves, output and benefit and their interrelationship, on which we further put forward new working plan, operating mode and working standard of oilfield sound development, which has effectively promoted efficiency and effectiveness of sustaining development of oilfield at later stage of steady production.
