After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

With the rapid increase in network applications, business requirements continue to increase, the server load and the number is increasing quickly, and monitoring and management for the information system become more and more difficult, the architectures of the information system become more and more complex, It´s difficult to manage the information system effectively by the traditional methods. With the IPMI specification, we can build an efficient, stable, cross-platform remote management system. This paper describes the hardware and software framework for building a BMC controller based on SOC, in order to achieve cross-platform remote monitoring of IPMI management.
