  • Abstract
    Based on five rights theories of justice, promising, qualifications, free and interest, we have come to the conclusion that the doctrine of natural human rights was based on the pursue on ideal, while doctrine of artificial human rights was based on the pursue on reality to reach an empirical conclusion, the ideal is to pursue, but it cannot be divorced from reality. The final expression of the rights is interest. By the interpretation of evolvement histories of right structure in corporation, we believe that business rights are more of a group, management system and rights of investor and management, but not other personal right in law and other stakeholders rights of employees, customers, the government and suppliers. With the trend of business boundless, that the suppliers, customers, and even the government to become a member of the rights sharing so that interest right for stockholders, feedback rights for customers and charities rights for society, will appear in the right structures.
