Abstract :
This tutorial reviews nonlinear methods of oscillator analysis. Single oscillator is used to introduce the concept of invariant surfaces that persist under small perturbations and their relationship to the linear theory, harmonic balance, and phase noise analysis. The method is expanded to coupled oscillators and applied to oscillatory phenomena at cell and at molecular levels.
