  • Abstract
    This design presents electronic design for an implantable wireless power and data transmission system with an inductive link designed for bio-sensor signal sensing. The system consists of an external module and an implantable module which includes a power regulator, a pressure sensor and a data transmitter. This paper puts forward a detailed design of the inductive link and two important blocks of the internal module-preamplifier and filter. The designed circuits are implemented in 0.5-um 2P3M standard CMOS process.
