Abstract :
The development of international competition shows the new trend, which means the competition between the single product, single enterprise, and single market is changing to the competition between industries in different countries. The facts clarified the limitations of enterprise Competitive Intelligence (CI) and the necessity of industry CI. This paper analyzed the meaning, attribute, basic elements of industry CI base on the research of the relations of industry CI, enterprise CI and national CI. And according with the attribute of industry CI, this paper also discussed the service theory and mode of the industry CI.
