Abstract
Agent-based simulations of a simplified system model implemented on the swarm platform show that during the early stages of an agricultural society, wealth grows rapidly and migrates to a small percentage of landowners. Analysis of this simplified model indicate that the growth of wealth mainly results from the utilization of land and the rise of land prices, and that wealth aggregation occurs with positive feedback as one gains wealth, one becomes more risk resistant, and one who is risk resistant gains more wealth.
