  • Abstract
BGW devices were fabricated in borosilicate glasses (Corning Eagle2000) with a 1-kHz Ti:sapphire laser and characterized using methods. BGW responses were improved by using tighter focusing (NA=0.55), longer pulse duration (up to 2 ps), and optimal pulse energy of 3 muJ.
