Abstract :
In chiral carbon nanotubes in presence of an external magnetic field along nanotube axis an electron energy spectrum is asymmetrical relative to inversion of electron wave vector. Owing to this asymmetry a photovoltaic effect appears. This paper involves the theoretical analysis of the effect.
