Abstract
Mobile sensor network (MSN) is a kind of wireless sensor networks(WSNs) in which nodes can move under their own control or under the control of the environment. In this paper we develop a new mobile sensor node that supports IPv6 technology, which enables WSN to easily connect to Internet. Furthermore, we propose a dynamic path planing for mobile node´s moving and mobility control mechanism. Mobile node can dynamically adjust its moving direction according to wireless signal strengths between sensor nodes till it arrives at the destination location. Finally, we set up a test-bed with our developed mobile sensor network and illustrate network operation procedures.
