  • Abstract
    Modern mine production has brought unprecedented demands on the safety, high yield, and high efficiency, which means to realize the integration management control of decision making, production process management, and process control on the basis of the production mode on spot adopts automation equipment. The aim of establishing integrated management control information system of mine production and operation is to support the linked management of mine engineering production mode, and to continually protect the mine safety and efficiency. According to the implementation experience of China Contemporary Integrated Manufacturing System (CIMS), the integration structure of the management control information system of three-layer production and operation (ERP/MES/PCS) can meet the needs of mine, and can realize the general pattern of mine industrialization driven by mining informationization. This system structure has been researched specifically by taking Jiaojia Gold Mine of Shandong Gold Co., Ltd. as an example.
