    In order to provide knowledge perspective of the theory of inspiration of strategy management, this paper agues that enterprise is a knowledge-integrated organization, the corporate strategy is a structural system which is composed of elements of corporate strategy, in view of this cognition, on the basis of brief exploration of the basic contents of "knowledge", through analysis of relationship between knowledge and each element of corporate strategy, to get the structure of knowledge dimensions of corporate strategy, on this ground, putting forward the enlightenment which is about the theory of knowledge-based corporate strategy process.
