Abstract :
A compact printed triple band multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO)/diversity antenna is proposed. The antenna consists of two elements with a size of 39×40 mm2 operating at 1.9 GHz, 2.4 GHz, and 5-6 GHz. The proposed antenna is suitable for IEEE801.11n and PCS applications. The characteristics of the proposed antenna such as reflection coefficient, gain, and mutual coupling between the elements have been investigated to verify the functionality of the antenna system.
