Abstract
In this paper, the fault results and maintenance decision-making chart of existing buildings were discussed, which include three fault results, the maintenance work types, and the logic decision chart; the maintenance decision-making models of existing buildings was established, which include three fault results models, and the optimal objective decision function of maintenance system for existing buildings. Finally, a case study of maintenance decision-making for existing buildings in urban renewal at Chaozhou historic city of China was introduced.
