Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
From the perspective of the general contractor, take EPC project risk management as an object for the study, use the method of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to analyze the risk, and according to the above analysis, it gets corresponding countermeasure and suggestion out of the improving system of construction enterprise and the contractor, risks management rationalization, capital optimize most and insurance. In hoping of reducing the risk which brought losses to the general contractor in EPC Project construction.
