Abstract :
In this paper, a coax-to-microstrip transition incorporating a miniature coaxial connector with glass bead is developed. The transition is firstly simulated with the aid of HFSS and then measured in the frequency range of 1-15 GHz. The simulated and measured results are found in good agreement.
