Abstract :
In this paper, we have considered the risk management status of large-scale mining shaft construction project and analyzed the risk characteristics in large-scale mining shaft construction project. Then, combined with stages of mining shaft construction project preparation stage, the freezing stage, the drilling phase and final phase four stages, we set up large-scale mining shaft construction project risk identification and assessment procedures. Based on the work above, combined different types of risk, we proposed process-oriented dynamic monitoring and response measures for large-scale mining shaft construction project risk management in order to provide support and assistance for risk management in future.
