Abstract :
Lifting algorithm doesn´t depend on the Fourier transform, reduces the computational complexity, and it´s very suitable for hardware implementation. The hardware realization of lifting wavelet transform is introduced in the paper. It optimized the algorithm, and saved the Hardware resources more than 20% at the situation of speed priority and area priority, and also saved time.
