Abstract :
In view of the management problems of unit price contract for the contractors, this paper analyzed the entire management process of unit price contract through the transmission mechanism model, and further to put forward some countermeasures for the contractors´ weak legal awareness and risk awareness. It hopes to improve the management level of unit price contract for contractors.
