Abstract :
Contour processing is a common machining method. People usually differentiate subring direction after offsetting boundary, if the direction of subring is the same as the parent ring, it is retained, else it is removed, but this algorithm can handle only a finite number of intersection interference problem, there are infinite points of intersection interference problem can not be processed. According to this problem, a contour line along the processing part of the overlap of the interference method. Based on this algorithm, it can solve the bias ring and the islands within the outline of the bias ring and the outer islands of the outer ring of the interference problem. The method has been successfully applied to CAD / CAM module of a certain type of software.
