Abstract :
There are two levels of teacher´s knowledge, one is explicit, and the other one is tacit. Sarah(2000) emphasized the importance of professional value. The tacit level concerns their own professional values, for example, `What matters most to me as a teacher?´. It has been said that excellent teachers seem to have rich tacit knowledge and use it fully. The purpose of this study is to develop a tool which supports emerging teacher´s tacit knowledge. The purpose of this study is to develop a tool which supports emerging teacher´s tacit knowledge. In concrete terms we develop a reflection tool using an electronic blackboard and a teaching life log.
