Abstract :
It is great significance that reasonably evaluates the customer satisfaction of e-business. That can help enterprises to know customer damands and train customer loyalty. The paper firstly analyses the key factors influcing enterprise e-business customer satisfaction, and establish an evaluation index system of e-business customer satisfaction. Then this paper uses the unascertained measurement model based on the theory of unascertained mathematics to evaluate an enterprise e-business customer satisfaction. The evaluating process and result show that this method is scientific and practical.
