Abstract :
In view of the current problems in credit evaluation systems provided by C2C E-commerce, this paper analyzes the three main aspects that influence the seller´s credit, and then build a new seller credit evaluation index system. On the basis of this, a multi-index linguistic evaluation method based on linguistic assessment information is proposed using LWD operator and LOWA operator. Finally, an example is used to illustrate the use of the proposed method.
