Abstract :
The present GIS developments have little focused on providing open and smart processing service. To solve this problem, the paper studies and establishes a distributed GIS sharing system based on SaaS. Analysis the reason of the open GIS system platform cannot continuous operation. Design the spatial data model and rules and strategy for SLA. Finally provide a continuous operation mechanism of the xinjan corps´s GIS platform.
